Principle of 3D Printing
UV-curable additive manufacturing resin cures create 3D printed objects by curing the UV-curable additive manufacturing resin layer by layer using a high-resolution UV projector. Molding process: The LCD/DLP printers contain a resin tank that can hold the resin and resin storage, the LCD/DLP imaging system is placed below the tank and its imaging surface is located at the bottom of the tank. By energy and graphic control, a thin layer of resin (50μm/25μm) of a certain thickness and shape can be cured each time (this layer of resin is exactly the same as the section obtained from the previous section). A lifting mechanism is set above the liquid tank to lift up a certain height (the height is consistent with the layer thickness) after each cross-section exposure so that the solid resin currently cured is separated from the bottom surface of the liquid tank and bonded to the lifting plate or the resin layer formed last time. In this way, three-dimensional entities are generated through layer-by-layer exposure and lifting, and finally, the transparent resin-cured product after curing and moulding is obtained.

Storage:
